Essentials of a well-rounded baseball team:

1. Perhaps the single most important factor is a team spirit and avid devotion to the game.

2. The team must have strong support from families, sponsorships, training coaches and the team owner, it is all very well having the commitment but if the support isn't there the team would be largely unsuccessful.

3. The team needs to have a firm but fair coach. The coah must be a natural leader and should be someone a team could turn to when in doubt about their abilities.

4. Although it is important to show commitment and determination theteam must perform other leisure activities that are not related to baseball, otherwise the game might become a chore.

5. The team must follow a rigorous nutrition and exercise plan. A healthy body and mind is they key to any sport worth it's salt.

6. Even the finest players have weaknesses and it is important for each team member to understand each others weaknesses and find effective counteracts.

Spread your feet a little wider than shoulder width for balance. Stay inside of the ball so you can hit the ball to all fields.
