Drink as much water as possible. I try and drink 6-8 glasses a day, it’s not as hard as you think as long as you spread it out throughout the day. I won’t bore you with the science behind it (because I don’t know it!) but if you do a quick Google search then you’ll realise the numerous benefits.
I get a decent workout from playing wii sports. It’s much more entertaining than regular excercising. Also I can play it with friends, usually by the end of a hard fought boxing match I’m sweating like crazy.
Don’t eat late at night. Try and get your heavy meals in the middle of the day when most likely to burn it off. Also if exercising do it before you eat in the morning than wait 1 hour before eating. I found if I stop eating after 7PM I’ll loose weight. No more midnight binges
Keep moving!! Challenge yourself to move as much as you can, like walking 10,000 steps a day. If you can’t manage that then try and go up and down the stairs more often, jump around, move your legs when watching tv, do squats while waiting for your toast, walk your dog, chase squirrels, clench you arse cheeks when you’re brushing your teeth!!
Doing something is better than nothing.
A diet is only a quick fix; even if you lose weight, you’ll probably end up gaining it back down the road. The key is to make a life-long commitment (I know, I know, it sounds scary) to changing your eating habits and exercising regularly.
the good old, eat in moderation and exercise frequently works! You can eat what you like if you exercise. try running… its the best you will grow to love it … its addicting
workout at least 40 mintes per day;Keep your heart rate at 75-85% from Max hear rate.
