We all have a personal image of ourselves and, believe it or not, the image we have about us is projected in the eyes of the others. So, whatever you do, it is always important to work on your self esteem. This is not pride, this is not egocentrics. Imagine a shy person in front of an interviewers “squad”. They’ll eat her alive! What are a job seeker’s chances to land an interview if his resume doesn’t express self confidence?
