I guarantee you it will work.
” - Jayne - “Preperation is key. Eating a full meal beforehand will slow down the absorbtion of alcohol, fatty foods in particular sticks to the stomach lining to slow down the absorbtion.” - Chris
- “This taken from howstuffworks. Eating bananas in the morning recovers lost electrolytes aswell as replenishing the potassium lost to alcohol. Other potassium-rich foods such as kiwi fruit or sports drinks work just as well.” - Chris

Heh, I’ve got quite a few
1. Make sure you don’t mix drinks that do not go well together. I.e, don’t mix vodka with tequila, then have a Bailey’s.
2. Go ascending. Never go descending. Beer>Vodka, not Vodka>Beer.
3. There are drinks you don’t get hangover from, you have to find out for yourself. For example, I always wake up fresh and healthy after a night full of San Jose tequila, yet I often have a hangover if I drink too much white wine.
Hope this helps,
Denis
