We’ve had some great tips submitted on the topic of Sleeping, here are my pick of the top 5 tips:

  • “To sleep better you’ll need a routine for your body clock. Try to get to bed at the same time every day of the week. If you missed your set time for bed, don’t try to make up for lost sleep by staying in bed for an extra hour in the morning as this can easily reset your body clock and make it hard to sleep.” - Andy
  • “Exercising for 20-30 mins a day can help you sleep. It’s best to do this in the morning or afternoon (if you have the time). Exercise stimulates the body so doing this before bedtime may make it harder to sleep.” - Andy (again)
  • “Make sure you’re at the right temperature before you go to bed, not too cold and not too hot. This can stop you from sleeping if the temperature isn’t right.” - Ozzie
  • “No naps in the day, this will throw your body clock off course and make it even harder to sleep at night ” - Jiko
  • “If you can’t sleep, get up and eat some turkey! Turkey contains tryptophan which is a major building block for making serotonin, a neurotransmitter, which sends messages between nerve cells and causes feelings of sleepiness. Though this only works if you eat it on an empty stomach with no protein present.” - Topman

Check out the Sleeping page to see more great tips on this subject, hopefully you won’t be struggling to nod off anymore. A big thank you to myself, Ozzie, Jiko and Topman for contributing to TipsTree dot com

The next topic to be featured on the home page will be Golf. I’ll be playing golf with my Dad on the weekend so I’ll try and put the tips into practice (I’m going to need all the help I can get!). Next Friday at 6:00pm (GMT) I’ll pick the best and post them on the home page.

Nice post and execellent tips. However, do you think Pagerank is important in making money online? I doubt in it since many said were important to make money online.
